摘 要:
测定青葙种子吸水和温度、光、暗、不同浓度GA3 和0.2% KNO3 影响其种子发芽的结果表明: 青葙种子于25 ℃恒温下浸种8 h后吸水达到饱和, 其适宜发芽温度为30~35 ℃, 萌发受光照抑制。10、50和100 mg·L-1 GA3浸种的发芽率分别为61%、66%和72%, 0.2% KNO3 处理的发芽率达到81%。关键词:青葙; 种子; 萌发; 赤霉素; 硝酸钾

Abstract:
Effects of seed water absorption, temperatures, light, darkness, GA3 and 0.2% KNO3 on seed germination of Celosia argentea were investigated. The results showed that when seed water absorption reached saturation after Celosia argentea seeds were soaked for 8 h at 25 ℃. The optimal germination temperature was 30 ℃ to 35 ℃. Light suppressed the seed germination. The germination rates of Celosia argentea seeds were 61%, 66% and 72%, respectively, with 10, 50 and 100 mg·L-1 GA3 treatments. And the germination rate was81% with 0.2% KNO3 treatment.Key words: Celosia argentea; seed; germination; GA3; KNO3
